To restore a deleted Project, hover next to Projects in the left-hand menu, then click the "..." ellipsis menu, and select "Deleted":
This is the Deleted Projects stage. On here you can restore a deleted Project by clicking on the Work Stage and changing it from a "Deleted" stage to an "Active" stage. In the example below, for instance, changing the stage from "Deleted" to "In Progress" restores the Project:
You can also change the Work Stage of a Project on the Project Details page and restore it:
