Click 'Projects' in the upper navigation

Click 'Project Archive'

Select 'Deleted' in the 'Active/Complete/Deleted' dropdown

Fill in any other search criteria

Click Search

Click the 'Restore' link to the right of the Project

Click 'Restore'
