ProWorkflow does not have a native tool for pulling a full data export from the system. However, your data can be exported using our reporting tools.
Exporting Full Project Data
The Detailed Project Status Report will export all data on a Project. You can access this report from any Project Details page by clicking the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen and selecting "Detailed Report":
You can also find this report in the Projects section of your Reports page, which you can then use to view any Project you wish to export the data for:
Exporting Consolidated Data from Reports
If you wish to report on consolidated data across reports, our other reports offer options for accessing that data. If you are unable to locate a report that covers the data you wish to view/export, please contact Support and we will be happy to assist in figuring out which report would best suit your goal.
Exporting via API
ProWorkflow Nexus is fully compatible with API data exports, so if you or your team are comfortable creating API calls or using an API tool, you can choose to export your data via API.
