How to Create Internal Projects

Internal Projects are Projects where the "Client" is your own company, rather than an External client company. Internal Projects a a feature of the Advanced Plan - if you are currently on our Professional Plan, and would like to talk to us about switching to the Advanced Plan, please reach out to our Support team and we'll be happy to help.

To create an Internal Project, first ensure that you have enabled Internal Projects in your settings. You can find this setting under General Settings > Account Settings:

After you've enabled Internal Projects, you will see Internal Teams and Users as Client options when creating Projects. Internal Teams and Users will appear on your Clients list below your list of External Clients:

Once you have Internal Projects created, you are also able to filter your Reports to only view data from Internal Projects if you wish:
