Project Templates are generally created using previously completed projects. We can use the information already entered in the project and reset it, resulting in a project that lives in the right category and has all of the correct to-do items and allocations, however with all the effort & progress reset to zero.
It is important to note Project Templates can only be used in the process of creating a project, and cannot be used after the fact. We also have Item Templates that can be used after the time of project creation, however, these of course only deal with Items.
To create a Project Template, go to the project details page of the Project you would like to clone and click the ellipsis icon on the same row as the Project title. Save as Template will be an option on that list.
When you have created the template, you will be able to see it/make further edits to it from your Templates menu on the Settings page.
