If you can log in to ProWorkflow and 2FA needs to be removed, click your avatar up the top right and then click Edit Profile. From there, go to the Security tab and Disable 2FA.

If you can't log in to ProWorkflow with your 2FA app, you can always reset it by clicking on the "Lost your mobile device?" option.

Then please confirm the action by clicking on the "Send Email" button and the system will send you an email with the reset 2FA link.
