If you need to delete the contact from ProWorkflow, please open the Contacts tab -> select the contact you would like to delete -> click "Delete" on the bottom of the page.

Also, you can select if this contact needs to be shown in reports or not after deletion.
Click "Delete" to complete the process.
If you also want to reduce the license that the staff user was occupying, please contact subscriptions@proworkflow.com.
Otherwise, you can keep the license and assign it to a new user.
