Follow the steps below to add time spent on behalf of your Staff Member (given you have the permission)

  1. At the top of the page, click View "All Work" or "My Work"

  2. Select the name of the staff you are going to track time against

 3. Go to the Time Tab and select the Task in the Timesheet Page
 4. Add the Time spent either using Drag and Drop or Direct Entry
