Use the "Search" feature to look for projects; tasks and contacts

When work gets busy, files tend to get lost amidst the busy workload. This is where ProWorkflow has you covered through the search function. 

The search bar can be found on the top right hand corner of the tool, and it allows you to easily search for any keywords and it will generate a search result for all projects; tasks; and contacts that contain the field you have searched. 

Follow the below steps to get searching: 

  1. Click on the Search bar that is accessible from any tab in ProWorkflow

  2. Type in the field you wish to search

  3. ProWorkflow will start searching for all projects; tasks; and contacts that contains the field specifed.

  4. Click on the Project/task/contact to easily navigate to the page that contains more information about the subject
