Why can't I log in?

Having trouble logging in? If you are trying to log into your ProWorkflow account, you will need to use the URL specific to your account.

It will be the same URL that would have been emailed to you when you signed up, or in the links that are attached in email notifications e.g. Projects being updated.

The URL will look like one of the below, where the name of your company (normally) replaces [company]:

You can then click on the "Forgot Password?" link 

Then enter the email that you have associated with your login.

You'll be sent a link via email, and all you'll need to do is click on it to create a new password. Then, that's it! You now have a new password and can continue managing your Projects as usual.
