You can see a project's items, and your list of projects, in three ways: as a List, a Board or a Gantt chart. Each view shows the same data, so changes you make in one appear in the others.
To switch views, open a project's Items tab (or go to Projects in the left menu) and click List, Board or Gantt above the items.
List
The List view shows items grouped by phase, with columns you can choose. It is the quickest way to work through tasks and edit details.
Click Columns to choose which columns appear. See How to Manage Columns.
Use Collapse all to fold phases away, and Search and Filters to narrow the list. See How to Use Filters.
Board
The Board view shows a column for each status, such as To Do, In Progress, Review and On Hold, with a card for each item. Cards show who is assigned, the time or quantity allocated, and the due date.
Use the board for stand-ups and for seeing at a glance what is in progress, waiting for review or blocked.
Gantt
The Gantt view shows the project, its phases and its items on a timeline, with a line for today.
Choose Month, Week or Day, and use the zoom slider to fit more or less on screen.
Click Add Task on a phase to add an item to it.
Click the Export Gantt Chart icon to export the chart.
Click the settings icon to show or hide grid lines, weekends and project and phase boundaries.
The legend at the bottom shows what the bar styles and colours mean: projects, phases and items, and whether they are active, complete or overdue.
Save the views you use most
Each view remembers its filters, columns and grouping. When you change them, the View menu shows Modified. Click the save icon next to it to save your changes, or pick another saved view from the View menu. See How to Use Saved Views.
