The Filter and Viewing buttons appear up the top right-hand side of various list pages in ProWorkflow and exist to help you navigate your project list and what information is shown.
Filters
By default, the Project List page will simply show you active projects that are within your permissions to see. However, if you need the list to be a bit more specific and focus on a certain staff member or time period, use the filters button and make some selections. You'll see most basic details can be used as filters here.
View Mode
View Mode is where you can customise what information is displayed on the page. You'll see all the information available to you, just put a check next to the fields you would like to display.
You'll note you can also save a series of views, ensuring you have a high-level look at your projects through a variety of different lenses.
