There are a number of reasons you may want ProWorkflow's start/finish dates in your own calendar; here's how you do that.
ProWorkflow will first bundle all of your user profiles' assigned dates into an iCal feed. This is a specific data format available via the web. It can be found in any given project by clicking the 'Subscribe to iCal feed' button.
This link will be the same regardless of which project you access it from. It is customised to your user, not to the project page you find it on. You can also obtain the same link via the 'Subscribe to iCal' button as seen on your Calendar page.
From there, you go to your calendar app of choice (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) and add a new calendar. Choose the closest equivalent option to 'Add from URL'. From there, use the link obtained from ProWorkflow.
For a task to be included as a part of the iCal feed, three conditions must be met:
1) You must be assigned to the Project and Task in question. Your link will only include dates relevant to you/things you are directly assigned to.
2) The task has BOTH a Start Date and a Due Date attached to it.
3) You have subscribed to the project that the task belongs to. You are able to subscribe to any project by clicking three dots to the right of your project title, followed by 'iCal Subscription'. From there, choose the Subscribe option.
