Once you have set up your Fixed Price library, you can use that to quickly and easily add Fixed Price Items to your Projects.
To add a Fixed Price Item, first click Add Item+, then click on the material type to change the type of the item:
This will open up your list of available Item types. Scroll to the bottom of this list and select "Search Product/Service Library":
Your Product/Service Library includes everything you have set up in your Product/Service Library settings, including your Fixed Price Item Library. You can either scroll through this list, or, use the search function to locate the particular item type you want to choose, then click "Add Product" to add this Fixed Price Item:
