The Clients page allows you to manage Clients (Organisations/Companies) and Client contacts. You can add new Clients and Client Contacts, and edit or delete existing ones.
This page also gives you an at-a-glance snapshot of details relevant to existing clients, including number of Active Projects, completed/total Items, amount of Tracked Time, Quotes (as a figure), and Invoices (as a figure):
Adding a New Client or Client Contact
To add a new client, click the "+ Add" button and then select Client. You can then enter in the details for the new Client:
If you are adding a new Client Business, selecting "+ New Contact" allows you to also add a new Client Contact to that Client at the same time:
Alternatively, you can choose "Person" to add a new Client Contact to an existing Client Business:
Managing Existing Clients
Hover over a Client and click the ellipsis to the right of the Client's name to delete the Client. This is also where you can go to add a Project, Quote, or Invoice directly to the Client:
Clicking the arrow next to a Client account on this list expands their list of Client Contacts to show you all users associated to that Client company:
You can also use the "Expand All"/"Collapse All" feature to expand or collapse all Client Companies at once:
Clicking on the name of the Client in the list brings up the Client's profile. From here you can edit their details, and add Contacts, Projects, Quotes, and Invoices:
You can also edit existing Client Contacts from this screen by clicking on their name in the list of Contacts:
This view allows you to view Projects and Items this Client Contact is associated to, enable or disable their ability to log in, add notes to the Client Contact, or delete the client contact:
To enable or disable login ability, just toggle the appropriate setting at the top of this module:
