The Workload Schedule Report provides an easy way to see how busy your staff are. The report takes every active task in ProWorkflow and calculates the time allocated for each user for those tasks. These times are added up for each day to give a workload for each user.

 

There are several available options for this report that you can configure.

  1. Select the number of days, weeks, months or years to display.
  2. Select the staff to include in the report (hold down Control to select more than one).
  3. Use the Project Filter to include ALL projects or just certain Categories.
  4. Select whether to show just the total hours or hours and the task details.
  5. Click VIEW REPORT
