Quotes – Overview

NOTE: Quotes Manager is not automatically turned on; please contact our sales team to request this feature.
The Quotes Manager module allows the creation of detailed quotes, these can then be converted into Projects when client approval is granted and subsequently turned into an invoice once a project has been completed.
To access the Create/View Quotes Page:
- Click 'QUOTES Manager' on the left nav bar.
- Click 'Create/View Quotes'.
Search Function
The search function can be used to find a quote more easily:
- Select the search field using the drop-down box next to 'Search in', this is set to 'No' by default.
- Enter the search criteria in the text box to the left of 'SEARCH'.
- Click 'SEARCH'.
- Click 'Return to All Quotes View' to clear all search criteria and return all quotes.
By default, only quotes relevant to the logged-in user will be shown. Users with appropriate permissions can use the 'SHOW INFO For User' drop-down box on the left nav bar to view quotes for other or all users.
View Options
The Create/View Quotes Page displays quotes listed by descending quote number.
Click 'Quote No', 'Quote Title', 'Client', 'Quoted On', 'Vaild To', 'Price' or 'Emailed' to sort the quotes by that heading. Clicking the heading twice will sort in reverse order.
