Requirements
In order to use the ProWorkflow iPhone app you need:
- A ProWorkflow subscription or trial account (Professional plan only at this time)
- Staff Access (Client and Contractors are not currently supported)
- iPhone or iPod Touch running OS 3.0 or later
- Internet Connectivity (3G, GPRS or Wi-Fi)
Problems logging in
- Check the compatibility requirements listed above
- Make sure you have an internet connection
- Check your details, especially the URL (refer to this article)
Crashes or Lock ups
- Turn your iPhone on and off
- Reinstall the App
- Contact us with details of the problem
