The ProWorkflow iPhone App is available now from Apple's App Store, it's a great way to track and manage projects, tasks and contacts whilst on the move. We've included instructions below on how to install the App and how to use it.

Installation
From iTunes

  1. Click this link to launch iTunes and go to to the ProWorkflow app
  2. Click "Free App" to download the app (you may be prompted for your iTunes username & password).
  3. Click the name of your iPhone
  4. Click "Applications"
  5. Check the "Sync Applications" box
  6. Check the "ProWorkflow" box
  7. Click "Apply" to sync your iPhone

From your iPhone

  1. Launch the App Store
  2. Tap "Search" then enter "ProWorkflow"
  3. Tap the ProWorkflow logo
  4. Tap "FREE" then tap "INSTALL" (enter your Apple username and password if requested)

Settings
Adjust Settings

  1. Tap the Settings icon
  2. Scroll down and tap "ProWorkflow"
  3. Login Settings – Select whether to save details and login automatically
  4. Default Views – Select the default views for each Page (these can be changed in the app)

Launching the App
Logging in

  1. Tap the ProWorkflow icon
  2. Enter your details (Sign up for a trial
  3. Tap Login
The URL must be entered in the correct format:

https://proworkflowx.net/xxx or http://www.proworkflow.com/privatedemo/xxx

e.g. https://proworkflow6.net/yourcompany
