The Software Center is used to access upgrades (for our code customers), add users, change subscription plans and to access API keys and downloads.
Upgrades
This section contains details on upgrades available to our code/on-site customers.
Add Users
This section is used to increase the number of user licenses. Each 'Internal Staff' user with login permissions within ProWorkflow consumes one license.
To change the number of users:
- Use the drop-down box 'New User No' to select the number of users required.
- Click 'UPDATE User License & ADJUST Billing'.
- Any changes will be reflected on the next monthly invoice.
To reduce the number of users please contact our support team who will be able to assist whilst ensuring no loss of access for remaining users.
Change Plans
This section is used to upgrade to the Professional or Advanced plans. To downgrade please contact ProWorkflow support who will advise on the best way to do so.
To change the plan:
- Use the drop-down box 'Change to' to select the plan required.
- Click 'UPDATE User License & ADJUST Billing'.
- Follow the on-screen instructions that explain the changes from your previous plan.
- Any changes will be reflected on the next monthly invoice.
