If you have the appropriate permissions then to access the Application Settings Page:
- Click 'ADMINISTRATION' on the left nav bar.
- Click 'Application Settings'.
DATABASE BACKUP
This creates an export of the ProWorkflow database that can be used for testing, reporting or as an additional backup if required for legal/compliance reasons.
Scroll down and click 'DOWNLOAD BACKUP' then save the backup file to the desired location.
